14-Day Right to Cancel
You may cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

The cancellation period starts the day after delivery

Cancellation must be sent in writing (email is acceptable)

Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation
When cancellation is exercised, we refund the item price and standard outbound delivery costs (as required by UK law).
Premium or expedited delivery charges are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Jewellery
Returned jewellery must be:

Unworn, unused, and in pristine, resale-ready condition

Free from damage, resizing, polishing, or alteration

Returned with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation
You may inspect the item only as you would in a physical jewellery showroom.
Handling beyond this may result in a reduced refund, reflecting any loss in value.
Inspection & Authentication
All returned items are inspected and authenticated, including under magnification where applicable.
Items showing wear, alteration, or tampering may be partially refunded or refused, in line with UK consumer law.
Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the approved return

Refunds are made to the original payment method

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Custom-made or bespoke jewellery

Personalised or engraved items

Items resized or altered at the customer’s request

Items supplied with an anti-tampering or authentication seal that has been broken
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described:

Please notify us as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery

We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund

Reasonable return postage costs will be covered by us
Natural characteristics of gemstones or pearls (including minor variations in colour, shape, or surface) are not faults where accurately described.
High-Value Returns
For high-value jewellery, returns must be sent using a fully tracked and insured service.

For change-of-mind returns, items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received

For faulty or incorrect items, risk passes to us once the return is accepted
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Approved returns will be refunded, and a new order may be placed separately.
