Shipping Policy

Dispatch & Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Orders are typically dispatched within 10 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier performance or external factors beyond our control.

Delivery Services

All items are shipped using tracked and signed-for delivery.
High-value items are shipped using insured services appropriate to the item’s value.

Delivery details, including tracking information, will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Risk & Responsibility

In accordance with UK consumer law, all items remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you in satisfactory condition.

If your item is lost or damaged in transit, we will resolve the matter by offering a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Customers are not required to pursue claims with the courier.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described:

  • Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery

  • Retain all original packaging and contents

  • Provide clear photographs where requested to assist resolution

We will cover reasonable return postage costs and arrange the appropriate remedy in line with UK consumer law.

Delivery Confirmation

For security reasons, delivery may require a signature.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier and signed for at the delivery address provided, responsibility passes to the customer at that point.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed or a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery costs may be charged.

International Shipping (if applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges. These are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Natural Gemstones & Pearls

Please note that natural gemstones and pearls may display subtle variations in colour, shape, and surface characteristics. These are inherent qualities of natural materials and do not constitute damage or fault where accurately described and shown.
